I can take pictures if you would like. I have a 1/2 ton 4x4 with a cab bolted to the frame. No high hump. I haven't cut a hole for the shifter yet. It has a 350. with an auto trans and transfer case. the engine trans and transfer case was on the frame before I put the cab on it. Here are the only pictures that I have
