It is an Eaton Gov-Lock ("gov-bomb" moniker above). It is not a Detroit No-Spin, up until very recently they weren't even made by the same company. Those parts you can see in the picture are part of the centrifugal weight system used to engage a set of dog-clutches to lock the differential.
This is yet another one of the on-going sagas with the wrongful use of the word "posi". Posi is an Eaton trademark, always has been, for their clutch-type limited slip differentials. I think in the world of automotive nomenclature the word "posi" is one of the most generalized and most time incorrectly used of all time. My own brother refers to "posis" as the two-tracks left by his Chevelle on asphalt after he prods the gas pedal.
