you should have the front breaks to where they start catching before the rear breaks even touch the drums, so when you break you are breaking with the front breaks more than the back, if that isnt proportioned right you are going to lock up your back breaks when you are stopping. so just take the back drums off and turn the adjusting sleeve thingy a couple clicks in then try it again
