I agree with the other two posts on this one. Either the 200 or the 700 will work great for over drive tranny's. If I remember correctly the 200 is based loosly on the TH350 3spd and the 700 is based off the 400. If ya like banging gears Id go with either a 5 spd or a 6spd manual. Just my .02
