living in Pa and always building cars I see a TON of under coating!!!! What I found that works great is get a spray bottle or bug sprayer and fill it with kerosene.. Spray some on in the morning then afternoon then evening.. DONT touch it.. Let it soak!! Repeat this process for 2 to 3 days then hit it with a scraper.. It will fall right off.... This is a really clean method... Alot of guys approach it woth a burnzomatic torch but man it stinks,makes a mess and when that stuff starts to melt off it always finds your skin....
