I just got done doing what the OP is asking. I just ended up buying doors to a 68 and ordering new regulators for it too. The metal panels have 4 screws on the bottom to mount and a metal strip at the top that is seperate with I believe another four screws. You can mount the metal panels on the 72 doors, just need to make the extra holes (I believe).
