Since you are using an all in one system, I do not think a LOC is needed. Matter of fact I am unsure if these came with RCA inputs. I have used high level inputs using the rear speakers of head units in the past with a Bazooka system and never ran into any issues. As to location, that is totally up to you. Just make sure that you have enough room for cooling and the speaker to move freely. It may sound better if it is under the rear seat.
