A new floor shift set should include everything you need.
This is for a column shift. You know, like a Flaming River tilt column...clean & neat with nothing sticking out of the floor. Make sure you know where that floor shift is going to come out and how far you have to reach to get to it...and no one is ever going to ride in the middle---where the floor shift is located.
