i droped the motor in and assembled the z-bar clutch linkage, MAN that z-bar is something.....when the motor was out I leveraged a breaker bar against the clutch fork in order to test things and it didn't budge! So I drop the motor in and hook up the z-bar to the clutch pedal, and the clutch disengaged without a problem! I quess the combination of the z-bar and the clutch pedal applies so much more leverage. Impressive engineering, albeit decades old!
