It's just with all the scandals going on up here with icbc's own chop shop stuff, they are now making stuff harder.I just wish i could find the vin on the frame...it would make life so much easier. If it had been a vehicle that was ready for inspections when it came across the line , i would have all this sorted out. I'am doing a running gear restoration on it and leaving the body alone for now but, i'am a bit hesitant to drop 4 k into making it pass inspections only to be denined at registration time..
