If the SPID (option sheet) is still inj the glove box, then it'll be listed on there, but that is the ONLY other location for a FULL vin... the door jamb and the SPID.
On the frame rail by the gear box is a partial VIN, last 8 or so, but, sometimes it just isn't there. I was shocked when I removed all the grime and paint on the front of my suburban's frame and found no numbers there.
