WES? CLASSICHEARTBEAT? We are the same...  I just changed my board name to match my business. I don't know of anyone who is selling oversize pins for this application. We have a few stock (NOS) pins in stock. Could be the pin that is the problem or it could be the housing. If you are taking one 40 year old pin and comparing it to another 40 year old pin, you could get the same result though. WES
