In the rear you should be fine with the 4" springs and the flip kit, that is going to give you about 8" of lift
The 4" shackle flip nets only 2" if you use the brackets on the opposite side to run longer springs (thanks to Grendel for that info).

I was thinking of stacking square stock to fab the bump stop extension
