A couple of things come to mind,,,

The obvious move it to the bed

Or if your running a gelcell(optima style) you could lay it on it's side and attach a shelf to the frame with a second set of cables to jumper terminals under the hood. All you would see under the hood is two copper terminals. The battery would be accessable via the hinged lid in the battery box on the shelf.


Some of the older (really old) vehicles had the battery in the cab,,,,again an optima style would be best but still not a great idea



Or build custom inner fenders to hide everything except the engine. Move everything lower in the engine compartment,,,,as close to the frame as possible.
