Yeah, NY SUCKS! This is my dad's plow truck, or what's left of it

You can't really tell, but AT LEAST 20% of the lower body is completely missing. Funny thing is, the truck has less than 80K on it

Badley, offer him $6 or 700 and go from there. You could probably get it for 8 or 9 hundred.
