As far as loweringyou'll have to decide how much.There are tons of pics in the gallery and elsewhere on the site.look thru them and see if you can find how low you want to go.There are also lots of pics in the builds subforum.Once you find one you like just ask how much it was lowered and what tires(they will make some difference).The FAQ's section will have lots of tech that has been asked repeatedly over time,though members will generally answer any questions you ask there will be more details there.
