I`d do the master & wheel cylinders as mentioned,as well as the hoses.I`d expect to replace a hard line or two,also.The ones at the wheel cylinders are usually froze and just inspect the lines on the frame for crustiness.Once you`re good on hydraulics the rest will be good.The brake hardware kits are cheap and make it a nice easy job.
