Switch locations and another underneath picture...complete with some sort of weed hanging off the rear of the frame... 
The dash switch looks like it was added later...it just switches the sender units. The switch is the one with the white label. The other racing style switch is for an electric fuel pump that the PO installed by the rear tank. If necessary, usually on hot days, it can be switched on to help the stock fuel pump.
