I'm from Canada and finding a rust free donor truck was going to be impossible so I purchased my lower outer panel parts from LMC. I had good luck with my purchase and my body guy was impressed with the product. Here's a picture of what it looked like with the panels attached. I'd be happy to let you know the exact parts I bought if you need. Mine is a 68 panel as well. The inner panels were not available as far as we could find out.
