How comprehensive of a list are you after? The one obvious missing on your list is calipers.

You'll need bearings and nuts (all the small parts in the hub). (Probably ~$50.) Disc brakes will require a different soft line.

Proportioning values for drum/drum are different than disc/drum. This forum is the first place I've ever heard of guys using the old proportioning valve. Drums are low volume/high pressure while disc calipers take high volume/low pressure.

If you don't have power brakes currently, and you have decent fab skills, you may do well grabbing a junkyard booster/master cylinder/proportioning valve from a 73-87. You'll need to make your own rod to connect to the brake pedal and your own bracket to connect to the booster to the firewall.
