I use Stoners to keep my tires black looking. They do not have the wet look. I apply before I use the car wash and wash them off. They stay black and only have to do it once a moth or so.
Be careful with the Weasley's if you have polished aluminum wheels. It will etch them and it's a job to get them polished back out.
