Any oil with ZDDP in it. It will make your engine last longer. It's the same kinda stuff that Z-Max has in it. It Keeps your engine from wearing out too soon. I would recommend it to anyone. The Z-max stuff has been used in airplanes for a long time. I also trust Lucas products and B&M Trick Shift Tranny fluid. Stuff works great!
