Re: Headliner suggestions
I think there is a thread on headliners you can find on here.
But, since you asked:
1. Use original cardboard if still in good shape and use some spray on trim adhesive and put some headliner material on it, then reinstall. Healdiner materila can be found at most fabric stoores.
2. If original cardboard is not in good shape, go out and find some big ole vote for me sign, stuff out there now is corrugated plastic, you should be able to cut it and attach the headliner material to it as well
3. Older cars used material suspended from bows, if you know somebody that can sew this should be pretty cool. I think someone has done it already to a burb.
4. How about a thin veneer?
5. I think a few people purchased some thin plastic or fiberglass panels from home depot and painted them.
6. How do you feel about shag carpet and crushed velvet? Disco ball?
Anyway, enough of my ramblings, do a search on headliners and I bet you find it.
