Thanks guys,

I understand that it is ultimately up to me to decide what I'll do on the engine. Overall I think that I am going to try to keep the truck stock as far as appearance since the truck is all original and has been well taken care of.

What I don't know is what types of engine work is considered acceptable and what isn't when it comes to an original/stock vehicle.

Also, what gaskets, seals, bearings, etc. do you guys prefer on an engine rebuild?
