I did the entire floor since the rest of my cab was in decent shape. It requires a lot less welding than replacing all the pieces individually but you better brace it up, and then brace it some more. If you find all the spot welds you only have about 40 holding that floor in. I separated it at the floorpan seam and the back wall...

If the rest of the cab has issues then I would just spend the money on a nicer cab.
