When they opened up the box to check it out they knocked loose the brackets that hold parts of the seat to the frame. They are pretty snug fitting, gotta give em a whack to get em loose. When the box got to me I heard hardware rattling around in the seat frame box, I know the shipper packed this stuff really good with no loose stuff in this box. Unfortunatly the box was partially open and one of the four brackets disappeared into the sunset. Guess the UPS repackeruppers dont really care too much.
