Motor placement will not cause a vibration. That is the stock motor placement for the 4x4. They were set back a little to give them more clearance between the oil pan and front differential. I realize you have a 2wd, just pointing out that the 4wd's had it set there, so you know that it's not horrible that yours is set back.
