C=Chevrolet (Manufacture) (Typically only the 1972 trucks had this C)
C=Conventional (Chassis Designation) (the other option here is K= 4 wheel drive)
E=8 cylinder (engine)
2= 5200-7500 3/4 ton (GVW range)
6= Suburban (Model type)
2= 1972 (Model Year)
F= Flint (Assembly Plant)
128191= 28191 unit built (vehicle Number)
