I had put a '94 Chevy split bench in my last '68 and found it took away leg room. Most of the newer truck bench seats tend to be thicker than the older ones.

I ended up swapping in a seat of first gen Toyota Supra buckets on my own brackets and that was much nicer.

In my current '68, I have a set of '06 Miata buckets I am going to use. They are like new and I got them for free. Adding the center console with them.
