Thanks for the expressed interest. I am not looking to have commitments from people as much as a good idea of how many spaces we might need. Here is the details I have so far for it again.

It is July 10 & 11, 2010. In downtown Loveland Colorado. I think she said it is called "Summerfest in the Rockies". There is fireworks planned around 9pm on Saturday night. Food, Beer garden, local vendors, etc. The will be a whole car show area and we can have as much room as we need. They would just block off as many streets as we can take up. She said if we have 50 or we have 250, it is fine with them. They would charge us $5 per vehicle to help with costs.
