If it only makes noise with the clutch down, I would say thowout bearing.......if it makes noise in nuetral, with the clutch up, I would look @ the pilot bushing, or possibly the front bearing in the trans.
when the clutch is up(properly adjusted as mentioned in above threads), the throwout should not make any noise. crazyAl
