I don't know of anyone making the perforated masonite type material in this thickness - less than a 1/4" but a little more than an 1/8" (maybe 5/32? I'd have to measure). Some others have used a plastic product instead of the original panels- do a search and I think you will find the discussion. I believe that they heated the plastic and made a type of jig to bend the side radius into the panels. I found that the original panel that fit best right after the front panel was slightly narrower across the front that the back of the panel. Obviously, the front panel is wider across the back of it than the front. I thought about another dome light, but decided that I am going to put a light in the left rear side panel that has a built-in switch.
