The only difference that I know of are the frame rails at the bumper, and of course the body mounts will need to be switched. On the suburban, the rear bumper bolts to the frame and the pickup has brackets. You will also need to cut the last about 6 inches off of your suburban frame and weld it to the pickup frame rails. You may want to be patient if you possibly can, I see frames for sale here from time to time. I have one here on my parts truck that will be available when it gets a little warmer. There has been a member trying to sell one here with the two differentials, rolling, for $250 in Delaware. Great looking truck! Good luck!!
