I really prefer the tailgate with the fake woodgrain and the GMC letters rather than the big GMC embossed right into the steel (just a personal preference).

In GMCs, what trim level do you have to get in order to have that and what year did it start? For a while I thought its had to be a Sierra, but I've seen Sierras without it, and here's a 1971 1500 Custom with it:
