They are all 3/8 bolts with no bushings. The starter nosecone indexes into the bellhousing for alignment.

I just stick a pencil or screwdriver in the holes to find the needed length and install appropriate length 3/8 bolts from my bolt can or new.

Also, I agree with you. The cast iron nosecone starters are outstanding units. I like the way the mount as opposed to the type that bolt to the block.
