well I had to cut the alternator bracket to fit the power steering pump. This cut wasnt bad at all, the bracket was designed with ALOT of extra metal & this allowed it to be cut without compromising its structure.

Here are some pictures, you can see where I cut it.

Here is the part number of the alt bracket I ordered


Here you can see the stock bracket, take a good look at the lower section



Here is the bracket after I cut it with a cutoff wheel,hacksaw, & grinding wheel


the mod to the bracket only took 20mins, but I did have the engine mocked and was able to mount and un-mount the bracket during the cutting. All in all I would do it again, it was easy & I still get to keep my alt/power steering on the driver side.
