eBay was no help on this one. I was in school at the time, so I had the seats shipped to my parents and didn't check them out until I got home for Christmas over a month later. eBay requires you to file a complaint within 45 days, which I didn't, so I was out of luck. The seller also preferred that I send him a check to avoid the PayPal charge, so I made a mistake there too. Chalk this one up to a few lessons learned, I suppose.
