When you posted I had just done mine and thrown the old rusted ones out, so frustratingly unable to help ya. I would say that from memory the sleeves ran the length of the rubber mounts when assembled, so if you already have new rubber mounts minus the metal sleeves, just fit them together and measure the length....Just a thought, you may need to cut them maybe a 1/2" shorter to allow for compression when you install and tighten the long bolts up.
Here's a pic of the old set it shows the sleeve on one, maybe while you have your new one's to hand you could work out how long this is considering how much is on show top & bottom of the rubber mount.
Maybe 2 1/2"?
