I get alot of differant comments on my truck. Some people dont understand why I drive a old truck and think its a piece of crap but i just laugh because there a quite of cars and trucks in worse condition then my truck and the are 30+ years newer than mine. And some people like my truck alot.
Here's my baby

Sharp Truck man. Love the blacked out, white top, chrome rim look. I'm about a generation ahead of you guys (graduated in '00). I always drove the next generation of GM trucks when I was in high school. I had an '81 GMC that was two tone (silver metallic flake and gloss black. Black on the roof and below the trim) that got a LOT of attention when I went to school. Sadly some jerk in an old beatup Aerostar van pulled out in front of me and I swerved to miss him, went down an enbankment and the truck went on it's top. The LONG way (stood up on it's grill). Anyway, I got another (then another

) but sold my last truck my junior year of college. Just couldn't afford the gas to drive it back and forth from college and home all year. ALWAYS wanted one of these body styles though, even in high school. They were just too expensive for one that wasn't completely rusted out even then. But I finally got mine and couldn't be happier. Going to update it's older interior restoration, maybe do a little more with the 400 small block thats in it and hold on to it. And for those of you with orange trucks, yes they definitely get noticed!
