I looked for an A833 for about a year before I gave up and settled for a T5. You are in luck (assuming you can find one), because the A833 is the same length and has the same output spline as your 3 speed.

In case you didn't already know, the A833 was made with two different bolt patterns. One is the same as a normal Chevy and will bolt to the bellhousing you have now. The other is a hybrid pattern that is half Chevy and half Mopar. If you get one of those, you must also get the bellhousing that goes with it. The bellhousing is easy to identify because it has 6 bolt holes.
