Not sure if it'd fit because that 8.2L is meant for 30'+ boats, school busses, and medium duty trucks. I think you'd have a hard time finding a transmission to fit behind it as well. As stated above as well, from what I hear it is heavy, really smoggy, underpowered, and unreliable.
you'd be better off with a 12-valve cummins or a 6.5 Detroit TD out of a 90's pickup...just my two cents.
