Its more than the drip rail i can tell you that, look at the roof seem from the rear of the door, totally rusted. I'll almost guarentee you that the inner roof line and windshield area are in pretty bad shape as well.
My vote, new cab or a whole roof replacement depending the shape of the rest of the cab, problem is you can't see the cowel area without dissasembly of the cab.
