As far as the rear end I was told that it is an Eaton/corp rear. I have one under my 68 3/4 with 4:10 open gears. Great rear in my experience and from what I have heard from others.
If the engine and tranny are strong and there is no rust, it may be worth the cash. If there are no other dents than what is in the pics than I would go for it. People pay that and dont get all the options like this truck offers.
