Hi there guys,
I am cleaning my rusty old 235 block with CLR and trying to give her life again. This is the second time I have had rust reflash back to the cylinder walls and top of block(where the head goes). So what can I apply so it doesn't come back a third time?

PS it's in a garage not outside.
