Go to early classic enterprises for the disc brake swap, they have the whole kit for I think $899, this includes 6 lug disks, drop spindles, calipers, hardware...everything. If you want to go lower then get some drop springs to go along with it. For the rear you can either get drop leaves and shakles or do a flip kit (requires cutting the spring perches off the axle and relocating them to the top, for about 5" of drop).
