Any gurgling sound you hear is caused by air in the fluid -but you knew that already. The problem is how to get it out of there.

I don't have an answer for you but maybe somebody else that has had the problem can tell you what they did.

forgot to add: make absolutely sure it's a gurgling sound and not a sound made by a worn or lose fan motor which could mimic that.
