They look just like any 1/2t tire/wheel combo until you count the lugs. Just get a tire with the same overall dimensions you would be running in 16 or 16.5 and it will look fine. If you run them with disc brakes the calipers need a little grinding in the center of the outside radius where there's a casting seam. Some GM trucks used 15" wheels on 8-lug trucks in the '50s
