Horn Button meaning the thing you push on? If so, it should have a big rubber ring on it with a tab to align it.
IF the steering wheel is a '68.
If you mean something below the push pad, I've got pics of the 'guts' under the button.
If your horn button looks like the following, then it's a '69 or newer with no rubber ring.
