Audio stuff adds up fast, but mainly because of the high hidden costs of wire for amps/speakers. With that max I'd say you could replace all 4 speakers with Alpine Type S's and get a 4 channel amp to match em and call it good. That wouldn't be a sub, but the amp'd 6x9's might be enough.
