I'd run a 4 channel and a mono. for the sub..
subs draw allot of power, and the power surply in the amp. might not like driving them all.. yes they'll do it, but they also start clipping and that kills speakers , most times tweeters..
as far as the rear speakers,, the farther away from the seat back the better, so the lower you put them the more air room in front of the cone the speaker will have..
